Note: This is a pure Indigo-based formulation. The final colour varies from person to person depending on hair's natural pigment, prior henna application, and climate conditions. Used alone (without a prior henna base), Indigo may impart a subtle blue-green to grey cast rather than black — layering over henna is recommended for a true dark brown/black result.

STORAGE: Always store in a cool and dry place, away from heat and direct sunlight. Never use a wet spoon or wet fingers to take out Indigo from the pouch.

Method of use: Take Indigo in a bowl and mix it with lukewarm water to form a smooth paste. For best results, apply on hair already coloured with Henna, once the henna has fully dried and been rinsed out. Apply the Indigo paste on clean, oil-free hair and leave on for 1-2 hours, until it dries naturally. Wash hair thoroughly with water only — avoid shampoo immediately after application.
It is suggested to not use shampoo for a few hours after washing out the paste. Indigo works to deepen and darken the tone previously set by Henna, through natural oxidation, moving it from reddish-brown towards a deeper brown or black. The tone will continue to develop over 24-48 hours through natural oxidation and will last for 3 to 4 weeks or 10 hair washes.
